Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition.

Final sale items (if marked as final sale at checkout).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
